- meg maggy Added December 11, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We had a casual visit to this cafe on the way to Katoomba. We asked if any "Vegetarian" options are available for breakfast very clearly and loudly. The guy who was serving us was acting as if he was not able to understand what we asked for. When the other lady helped to serve us, the guy who was serving us before made a statement saying "oh! it wasn't clear enough and I thought something else". Although other staffs who spoke well should not be blamed because of this one guy. This really is an insult for any customer. To mention, we are living in Sydney from many years and we are not visitors or new to the place.
We, localities are experiencing such comments just because we look different. I advise any visitors planning to visit this cafe on the way, NOT TO.
Other than the bad experience, coffee tasted really good. I believe cafe should not get a bad name because of that one guy!
