- Kitty kate Added December 22, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Less than favourable service when ringing up to order a pizza tonight. Surly young woman taking my order. She made an error in her costings and then became rude to me when I attempted to explain that to her. I don't care about the error. I do care about the attitude. I didn't deserve to be spoken to that way.
Shame. Had enjoyed their pizzas and had no issues previously.
She hung up on me before I had a chance to pay.
I rang back and spoke to the manager, who talked over the top of me and refused to listen to my concerns about his employee. 'Sorry' would have been nice, rather than him making excuses for her.
